To strengthen our team in the Network department, we are recruiting a:Cyber OT Specialist - Electrical InfrastructuresKey position at the heart of the energy transition and in the protection of Swiss critical infrastructuresYour missionWithin our sector of the Network department, you contribute directly to the security of critical infrastructures linked to energy production and transport. Your objective: to guarantee the resilience and security of industrial systems (OT), in an environment where availability is essential.In this capacity, you ensure the security of OT environments, including SCADA systems, industrial networks, and equipment. You implement and maintain protection measures, notably system hardening and network segmentation, while continuously monitoring environments to detect security incidents.You analyze and manage cyber incidents, from their detection to their resolution, and ensure rigorous vulnerability management while taking into account the specific constraints of industrial environments. Furthermore, you actively participate in integrating cybersecurity requirements into technical projects and collaborate closely with IT and OT teams as well as with cybersecurity governance experts.Your profile- Engineering degree (HES / EPF) in IT or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or industrial automation- Confirmed experience in cybersecurity, networks, or major systems: experience in an industrial or energy environment- Good understanding of OT architectures and industrial networks- Knowledge of cybersecurity (detection, incidents, vulnerabilities)- IP networks, firewalls, VPN- SCADA experience (an asset in cybersecurity)- Knowledge of standards related to cybersecurity (ISO 27001, NIST)- Autonomy and sense of responsibility- Ability to work both independently and in a team- Interest in fieldwork- French or German language with good knowledge of the other language- Category B driving licenseWhy join us?A multidisciplinary, open, and dynamic team looks forward to working with you.
