To learn more, follow this:ResponsibilitiesThe program director leads the Bachelor’s degree curriculum in Business Administration in terms of pedagogy, science, and management. He/she ensures resources and compliance with the institutional framework, particularly concerning quality management and the standards in place. Implements the development plan of the program by ensuring its follow-up through objectives and projects.- Coordinate the activities of teaching and research staff active in the Bachelor’s curriculum, based on the deployment of HES missions (initial training, applied research, continuing education).- Manage the resources of the program in collaboration with management, HES mission leaders, and other programs, as well as the services of HEG-FR.- Strengthen pedagogical and scientific connections at the levels of HEG-FR, HES-SO, and the management of students and their study curriculum.- Represent the program in instances or commissions of HES-SO.- Promote the program and develop contacts with public authorities, institutions, and professional environments.- Undertake teaching, research, and/or service activities in their field of activity.- Functionally and hierarchically manage the academic service staff.Profile- A degree in a relevant discipline for the position or equivalent, supplemented by further training, for example, in management or sciences.- Professional experience in the field of economics and services, and confirmed experience in teaching at the university or HES level.- Skills in academic management and ability to lead staff.- Experiences within a research institute or service center would be an advantage, combined with solid skills in French and German languages with good knowledge of English.- Contract of 4 years, renewable, in the role of program director.
