Responsible / Facility Services Manager / Canton of Vaud Job location: Renens Activity rate: Starting: As soon as possible At ISS, we all call ourselves Placemakers. Your tasks: - Implementing ISS's objectives - Being the primary contact for clients - Leading and coordinating all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients - Ensuring compliance with and monitoring client-defined standards and guidelines - Managing the financial aspects of the service (updating reports, controlling and managing budgets…) - Monitoring performance: KPIs related to sales, revenue, and growth objectives in the region, and adjusting work procedures and processes accordingly - Responsibility for managing and supervising personnel (scheduling, interviews, recruitment, subcontractors) - Business development for the Vallée de Joux and during local events, taking into account regional specifics Your profile: - Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in Facility Services / Management - Strong managerial skills (leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence) - Excellent abilities in managing soft services and pronounced client solutions - Comfort in multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously - Good analytical skills - Excellent sense of teamwork and ability to work collaboratively - Available and autonomous mindset, with good stress resistance - Proficiency in both oral and written French - Proficient in the Office suite and comfortable with driving tools At ISS Switzerland, we work to ensure that offices, airports, production sites, train stations, schools, and hospitals function well and are pleasant to live in.
