We are looking for a dynamic manager for one of our prestigious clients, a hotel establishment located near Monthey, for a full-time, year-round position of: Director (M/F). MISSION DESCRIPTIONOverall management of a hotel comprising around 40 apartments. Supervise and manage employee work performance, provide professional advice, and improve the overall quality of the team. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints. Responsible for internal and external communication of the hotel to ensure the proper functioning of the various departments. Prepare reports for management. Manage costs, control budgets, and expenditures.PROFILEUniversity degree in hotel management, tourism management, or related fields. Good team leadership, organizational skills, and ability to quickly manage issues. Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and capacity to handle a high-pressure work environment. Proficiency in office software.
