This position combines data flows and infrastructure technical support. The scope covers all levels 1 and 2, but we are looking for a profile with the background and autonomy of a true L2 technician. The ideal candidate must be able to diagnose and resolve the majority of incidents autonomously, particularly on the server side, in order to limit escalations to level 3. The start is scheduled for as soon as possible.Role:1. Technical support and infrastructure maintenance- Server maintenance: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of servers, monitor performance indicators (disk space, alerts), and participate in server updates.- Incident management: Take charge of requests and system alerts from level 1 to level 2 technical resolution.- Environment and connectivity: Manage rights and access on servers and resolve errors related to file transfers or server connections.- Service continuity: Perform regular health checks of infrastructures and participate in disaster recovery tests.- Documentation: Write and update documentation procedures for the team.2. Monitoring and tracking of data flows- Monitoring processing: Monitor the execution of periodic processing (batch, loading), and restart failed flows according to procedures.- Partner flow management: Control the proper receipt and sending of data with external suppliers and report anomalies.- Periodic closings: Actively participate in month-end and year-end processing and reporting activities.- Configuration: Update configuration data and exclusion lists on tools.Profile sought:- Languages and location: Fluent French, professional English (reading technical documentation), and residence in the Geneva area.- Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in IT with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position combining support and infrastructure.- Technical skills and L2 autonomy: Ability to investigate, to be autonomous in resolution, and to identify the root cause of an incident (profile oriented towards pure L2, not just ticket transfer).- Infrastructures and Servers: Solid infrastructure culture including basic administration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers.- SQL skills: Notions in SQL allowing to read, understand, and modify queries in order to diagnose and correct data anomalies.- Flows and Scheduling: Good command of data flow tools and processing mechanisms (file transfer protocols).- ITSM tools: Habit of working with incident management tools, knowledge of ServiceNow being an appreciated plus.- Rigor and deadlines: Great sense of responsibility for monitoring recurring processing and strict compliance with deadlines related to banking closings.- Communication skills: Ability to communicate fluently with business lines (L1) and to collaborate effectively with technical engineering teams (L3).The recruitment process steps at API:- Let's engage!
