Description

We are looking for a competent and service-oriented IT Technician, with particular expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for users needing assistance or advice in these areas, and will play a key role in promoting digital solutions within the organisation.



Experienced IT Technician / SharePoint and Power Platform Support



Your tasks

  • Ensure telephone support during Service Desk opening hours.
  • Provide first and second level support for issues related to SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Carry out analysis and establish a diagnosis, for immediate remote resolution or to escalate the incident.
  • Enter and process first and second level incidents and requests in the ticketing tool, and follow up with users on the progress of service requests and ongoing incidents.
  • Manage the lifecycle of requests and incidents, including verifying their resolution and confirming to the user their complete resolution or execution.
  • Support site owners in managing SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions and content lifecycle.
  • Advise users on best practices for collaboration, data sharing and document management in Microsoft 365.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures within the framework of ITIL best practices.
  • Manage user accounts (password management, access rights to shared folders and business applications).
  • Contribute to the knowledge base.

Your skills

  • Recent experience, minimum 2 years within a Service Desk
  • ITIL Foundation certified (V3, 4)
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including integration with Teams, OneDrive and Outlook
  • Ability to resolve issues related to permissions, content management, customisation of lists/forms and workflows
  • Proficient with an ITSM tool (incident management)
