Join the Risk department team at the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous, and Equitable bank.As a Risk Manager, you will ensure that the standards defined by the Bank regarding risk management are correctly deployed and applied across all perimeters, in accordance with regulatory requirements.Missions- Risk mapping: ensure that each perimeter of the bank has identified and evaluated the risks inherent in their activities in risk maps. Take a critical look at risk maps, propose adjustments if necessary, and ensure they are updated during significant events.- Procedures: participate in the procedure update exercise by reviewing new procedures.- Controls: analyze the results of controls in alert and inform hierarchical bodies. Regularly examine the effectiveness of controls deployed in the bank and, if necessary, issue recommendations.- Incidents: declare incidents announced in the risk management tool and ensure that action plans are implemented.- Internal fraud: process alerts generated by fraud detection tools.- Audit: feed the risk management tool with recommendations issued by internal audit, external audit, and the Risk team.- Reporting: contribute to the production of various risk reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).- Support: accompany employees in the use of the risk management tool (user support).- Awareness: raise team awareness of risk issues and actively contribute to the dissemination of risk culture.Profile- Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate;- Experience of at least 5 years in a similar function;- Mastery of office tools;- Methodical, Rigorous, and precise;- Critical thinking;- Curious;- Analytical and synthesis skills;- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;- Autonomy;- Good knowledge of banking activities.Terms of engagement- Activity rate: 80 to 100%- Type of contract: fixed-term (6 months)- Workplace: Geneva- Start date: As soon as possibleWant to know more about the BCGE as an employer?Consult our Careers page jid5c89f54aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
