Operational Nurse Manager (REOP), Demand Analyst and Scheduler 70%

MISSION

As an operational nurse manager, you coordinate activity planning by identifying the nature of the requested services and the available human resources to meet them. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Confirm information and complete it as needed.
  • Appoint the referent and designate the first responder.
  • Confirm the nature of the requested mandate and the required services to ensure its completion. Create the TSA and treatment plan linked to the first intervention, and inform the responders.
  • Receive, analyse and direct clinical transmissions to the appropriate parties and inform the referents in case of a significant change in the client’s condition.
  • Ensure cohesion and coordination of interventions. Verify resource availability in relation to care.
  • Record billable services.
  • Collaborate with other CMS for shared situations and with other partners.

As a demand analyst nurse, you analyse the initial request to specify it. You establish the first temporary intervention plan and transfer it to the relevant team. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Receive the request from the liaison nurse and the reception manager and complete the administrative file data.
  • Analyse the collected data to determine the nature of the necessary services.
  • Plan, with the client’s agreement, the useful and necessary information for carrying out the first or initial interventions.
  • Complete the client file by entering, in particular, all available information.

As a scheduler, you receive and plan the requested services. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Plan the requested services and organise the rounds of all collaborators
  • Manage transmissions for the scheduler.
  • Keep schedules up to date in real time
  • Inform collaborators, clients and other CMS of any programme changes.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatrics
  • Experience in home care, an asset
  • Availability to work 1 weekend per month
  • Ease in using computer tools, especially Excel
  • Stress resistance and good adaptability to changes
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment with multiple interlocutors
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Very good communication skills
