For our site in Marin, we are looking for a:BuyerResponsibilities- Process supply requests and manage the creation of purchase orders- Manage order confirmations and ensure follow-up of deliveries, delay management, and KPIs- Ensure proper maintenance of documents in the ERP and regular follow-up with suppliers- Ensure the consistency of documents and invoicing to release supplier payments according to negotiated conditions- Manage the follow-up of non-conformities and disputes in collaboration with buyers- Manage the company's vehicle fleet- Manage a portfolio by ensuring orders and supplier follow-up- Support internal clients to meet their needs by ensuring cost and deadline control- Negotiate offers, prices, deadlines, and contractual conditions with suppliers in accordance with company policy and ensure their application- Create logistical/financial parameters to allow for the supply of components in the ERP- Manage non-conformities and follow the action plans necessary for the resolution of each case- Participate in the continuous improvement of the department and supply solutionsYour skills- You have at least 5 years of experience in a buyer position in an industrial environment- You have followed training in procurement, purchasing, and/or Supply Chain, which constitutes an advantage- You maintain a relationship of trust and sustainability with your suppliers and internal clients- Your working languages are French and English; German is an asset- You have excellent knowledge and mastery of the SAP ERP (Module MM, WMS, FI)- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and you master Excel- You are driven by the desire to manage continuous improvement projects that integrate modern technologies like AI- You work with rigor, autonomy, and an excellent sense of responsibility- You are proactive, determined, you keep your commitments, and ensure the commitments of your correspondents are applied- You are a stable, dynamic person with very good interpersonal skills- Experience in the management and training of apprentices is an assetStart date: To be agreedActivity rate: 100%We thank you for sending us your application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates, etc.) via our portal.Performance, Trust, Respect, and Ethics are our common values and reflect our culture and vision.
