On behalf of our client renowned for excellence and the diversity of their surgical specialties, we are seeking an operating room professional (TSO or ATSSO) to join a dynamic and committed team.

The activity and responsibilities of the position will be adapted according to your title and experience.

Your main duties (depending on profile)

Within a modern and versatile technical platform, your responsibilities will include:

• Instrumentation and circulation (specific to TSO): Ensure instrumentation for complex surgical procedures and circulate independently in the operating room.

• Preparation and logistics (common to TSO / ATSSO): Anticipate, check and set up medical-technical equipment, medical devices and required consumables.

• Operative assistance (specific to ATSSO): Collaborate in the smooth technical conduct of procedures under the supervision of the surgical team and TSO/operating room nurses.

• Patient care: Participate in a warm welcome, identity verification (Safety Checklist) and secure installation of the patient.

• Hygiene and traceability: Strictly adhere to asepsis protocols, ensure traceability of implants and oversee pre-treatment of surgical equipment.

Your profile

• Training: You hold a Higher Technical Diploma as an Operating Room Technician (TSO) or a Certificate as a specialised Technical Assistant in the operating room (ATSSO) (Espace Compétences training).

• Key skills: Impeccable mastery of hospital hygiene rules and absolute rigour in applying protocols.

• Personal qualities: Excellent stress management, responsiveness, flexibility in the face of unforeseen events and strong team spirit.

• Language: Perfect command of the French language.
