This new centralized structure will be entirely dedicated to the management of operating rooms with the objective of strengthening governance, interprofessional synergies, patient care, and processes, while supporting [teams].The operating rooms are composed of 8 modern blocks equipped with state-of-the-art technology representing nearly 30 operating rooms. It must strengthen the efficiency of [care] and optimize [use] of its resources, while permanently guaranteeing the quality and safety of care, whether in emergency situations or in scheduled activity.You contribute to these objectives by being integrated into the DBO under the functional responsibility of its Director and under the hierarchical responsibility of the senior flow engineer in position at the flow engineering and [logistics] service (SIFO) at the finance directorate.At the request of the DBO Director, you actively lead major analysis projects and [work] in close [collaboration] with medical-nursing teams and [implement] solutions by relying on flow engineering methodologies validated by the [institution]. You manage a portfolio of flow and logistics analyses to support institutional projects and optimize resources and process quality. You carry out studies, diagnostics, and [analyses] based on complex data, by mobilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, process mining, or [others].You lead and coordinate multidisciplinary working groups, define missions, conduct analyses, and guarantee objectives. You promote the emergence of innovative solutions, manage divergences, and accompany the changes induced by your [recommendations]. You advise managers on performance and risk management issues. You present your [results] to governance bodies and write structured analysis reports, allowing for informed decision-making.You prepare, model, and analyze the data necessary for flow studies, using tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or FlexSim.
