In the heart of a demanding and stimulating environment, you will contribute to the availability, traceability, and compliance of the equipment essential to the safety of interventions and the quality of care for our patients.What will you be doing?- Prepare and check the availability of instruments, implants, and medical devices according to the daily surgical program.- Manage deliveries by ensuring the traceability of equipment according to current procedures and store sterilized equipment.- Verify the availability of instruments, implants, and loaner medical devices necessary for daily program interventions (inbound and outbound flow of medical devices).- Collaborate in the management of equipment flow and contribute to the optimization of equipment circuits and inventory management.- Apply hygiene, safety, and risk prevention rules.- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking in collaboration with partner departments.Who will you be working with?The Operating Room Management Unit (UGM) consists of a team of 4 dynamic and committed professionals. Reactive and solution-oriented, it works daily to ensure efficient management of equipment, medical devices, and consumables necessary for the smooth running of operating room activities. In this position, you will be supervised by the Head of the UGM department. Available, kind, and respectful, they strongly encourage autonomy and mutual aid.
