Onsite Support Services Engineer Switzerland | Onsite in Spreitenbach AG Join a global IT team supporting a world-leading manufacturer in HVAC, refrigeration, fire and security solutions. As the Onsite Support Services Engineer, you'll be the primary onsite IT contact, ensuring the smooth operation of end-user computing, infrastructure, manufacturing technology, collaboration tools, and operational technology (OT) environments. What You'll Do Provide onsite IT and OT support across manufacturing and office environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printers, scanners, and shop-floor devices Manage employee onboarding and offboarding Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, telephony, and mobile services Execute IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) Maintain asset inventory and CMDB records Support LAN, Wi-Fi, server room, and data center operations Manage Azure AD administration and user support Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third-party providers Ensure compliance with security, safety, and ITIL processes What We're Looking For Native German speaker, ideally native Swiss German speaker (C1 level is not enough, we only will review native speakers) English C1 level Italian & French is a plus for direct verbal communication with employees in French speaking and Italian part of Switzerland Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6-9 years' experience in Onsite Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure Support Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and infrastructure technologies Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD Knowledge of ITIL processes and asset management Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Driver’s license and own car as travel will be required to from Spreitenbach AG: Lyssach BE, Taverne TI, Estavayer-le-lac FR, St. Gallen SG Nice to Have Manufacturing IT experience Cisco Meraki AWS ServiceNow Barcode scanners, industrial printers, and shop-floor technologies Benefits 25 days paid vacation per year Health Insurance Allowance Annual Performance Bonus to reward your impact A collaborative, international work culture with opportunities for continuous learning and growth
