Our agency in Lausanne is recruiting!Are you a nurse and wish to put your skills to use in oncology, in a care environment combining expertise and kindness?Join a specialized team:- Temporary mission of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract- Activity rate: 80% (Mon-Fri)- Location: LausannePROFILE REQUIREMENTS:- Confirmed experience in nursing, ideally in oncology or in an environment requiring great rigor.- Autonomy and precision in emotionally demanding situations to support patients in evolving conditions, with great versatility.- Languages: Fluent French (other languages = a plus)- Nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland OR foreign nursing diploma + Swiss Red Cross recognition.YOUR ROLE:- Provide specialized technical and therapeutic care, following established protocols.- Prepare and administer treatments according to medical prescriptions.- Support patients throughout their care journey: reception, follow-up, assessment of needs.- Establish proactive and rigorous communication with doctors and the care team.- Ensure the traceability of care and respect internal procedures.- Participate in the management of the department and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. jid823ddbdaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
