You will work within a committed interdisciplinary team, dedicated to offering comprehensive, high-quality care at every stage of the patient's journey.What will you be doing?- Provide adapted and individualized nursing care while respecting quality and safety rules- Provide pre- and post-operative care in general surgery- Support patients at different stages of oncological disease as well as their loved ones and administer specific treatments- Rigorously apply hygiene and asepsis rules- Collaborate closely with all health professionals involved in the care- Contribute to the supervision and training of students- Update the patient file and ensure the traceability of care provided- Actively participate in development projects and continuous improvement of the unitWho will you be working with?The team is composed of 28 staff members (nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing aides). Our team is bright, dynamic, and works in solidarity to offer the best care to our hospitalized patients together.For this position, you will report to the Unit Care Managers.
