For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an Oncology Nurse (M/F) - Home Healthcare As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Responding effectively to specific care needs. Planning, organizing, and providing care that meets quality standards, in line with the care charter, protocols, and procedures of the institution. What we offer you: A reference structure specializing in home care with a particular emphasis on quality of care and proximity, Care rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car, or on foot. Continuous daytime schedule, evening, or split shifts. To succeed fully in this position, you stand out by the following qualities and skills: You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition; You have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse; You have a successful first experience in oncology or home healthcare; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network; You are organized, flexible, and adaptable; You are comfortable with tools; You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable riding a bike; The autonomous management of an emergency does not scare you; you are in control of your emotions; You demonstrate great ease and discretion; Your criminal record is clean.
