**About the Role**

 

We are looking for a dynamic and organized **Omnichannel Operations Coordinator** to join our Operations team for 12 months starting July 1st.This role is dedicated to supporting our boutiques and driving operational excellence across the omnichannel landscape.

You will lead and support transversal projects, enhance operational tools and processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Your mission will be to empower boutique teams by providing them with the tools, information, and coordination they need to deliver excellence every day.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

 

As part of the Omnichannel Operations team for Cartier Switzerland, you will coordinate the development and implementation of key operational initiatives and contribute to the efficiency and consistency of boutique operations.

 

**1. Drive Operational Projects & Tools Evolution**

 

* Lead the enhancement and deployment of key internal tools.
* Coordinate omnichannel and system-related initiatives to improve performance and operational accuracy.
* Ensure consistent project follow-up and stakeholder alignment.

 

**2. Coordinate Operational Excellence & Efficiency**

 

* Support and animate the Continuous Improvement mindset, collecting feedback from boutiques and helping implement impactful solutions.
* Follow up on POSM orders and related projects, including budget tracking.
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving Operational Efficiency in boutiques.

 

**3. Operational Referent**

 

* Manage the uniforms process: budget, orders, and boutique requests.
* Provide key operational support for internal retail events and projects.

 

**Profile Required**

 

Master-s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, digital solutions, or cross-functional initiatives - ideally in a retail or omnichannel environment.

Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; a genuine interest in data. Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, or technical scripting are required.

Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Hands-on, reliable and structured, being a solid connection between business requirements and technical solutions.

Curious, solution-oriented and proactive, you enjoy bringing structure, finding inefficiencies, and driving progress.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with various departments and boutique teams.

You have an innovative vision to implement new strategies with a continuous improvement mindset.
