We are currently looking for a Trainer in Office Automation and ICT at 80%.Your mission:- Design, facilitate, and update theoretical and practical courses in office automation and digital technologies;- Develop digital skills in order to promote their employability as well as their social and professional integration;- Ensure andragogical supervision and support for groups of participants in their training path;- Assess skills, monitor participant progress, and support them in achieving their goals;- Intervene within the various CEFIL structures as well as with institutional partners, particularly in prison settings;- Adapt content, andragogical methods, and support to the needs of the target audiences as well as to the constraints of the intervention environments.Profile:- Proven experience in adult training, FSEA1 or equivalent qualification;- Excellent command of office tools and professional digital environments and online course platforms (LMS);- Experience or marked interest in supporting audiences in socio-professional reintegration, benevolent, valuing, and person-centered approach;- Ability to intervene in varied environments, including in prison settings;- Driver's license essential and vehicle available, as interventions take place on different sites in the canton, some of which are difficult to access by public transport;- Listening skills, ability to adapt, and rigor.We offer:- A stimulating, human, and meaningful work environment;- A function combining andragogy and contact with companies;- Contractual conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud;- Real autonomy in the management of training.Start date: As soon as possibleWorkplace: Morges and LausanneAre you interested?
