The Public Prosecutor's Office has the main mission to pursue, in collaboration with the cantonal police, all criminal acts committed by adults. Prosecutors also adjudicate criminal proceedings referred to them, subject to cases being sent to court or reassigned. Prosecutors also carry out tasks related to the authority of prosecution. The Public Prosecutor's Office of the canton of Fribourg currently includes 16 prosecutors and about 70 employees. Why join us? Manage and organize the work of the reception. Serve as the person in charge of managing the Tribuna database, by recording complaints and reports, updating data, and supporting the entire team of the Public Prosecutor's Office (establishing work processes). Manage flows at counters, emails related to the central mailbox of the Public Prosecutor's Office, and telephone calls. Monitor the execution of tasks related to mail (receipt, distribution, and sending). Act as the contact for the Post Office, Fribourg Public Transport, and other entities. Desired profile: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent. Familiarity with MS environment tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Mastery of Tribuna V3 is considered a useful professional skill for the position, ideally with several years of experience in the judicial field and experience in staff management.
