We are looking for an Odoo Consultant capable of transforming our clients' business needs into concrete, high-value-added solutions. We believe that Odoo is much more than an ERP. It is a platform capable of connecting people, data, and processes to allow organizations to work more simply, efficiently, and intelligently.Odoo ConsultantYour missionYou are the primary contact for our clients throughout their journey.ResponsibilitiesBefore the project- Understand the challenges and needs of clients.- Identify opportunities for improvement and development.- Design Odoo solutions adapted to business needs.- Participate in the construction of offers and value propositions.During projects- Manage end-to-end Odoo projects.- Analyze and model business processes.- Configure and parameterize Odoo modules.- Translate functional needs into specifications for technical teams.- Train key users and teams to ensure effective adoption of the solution.- Prepare and lead training sessions and create functional guides.- Ensure communication between clients, consultants, and developers.- Guarantee compliance with objectives, budget, and deadlines.- Support clients in the adoption of the solution.After production launch- Provide level 1 and 2 functional support on deployed Odoo solutions.- Support clients in the continuous mastery of the solution.- Advise clients on the evolution of their Odoo environment.- Identify new levers for sustainable and trusted development.- Participate in the enrichment of our methodologies and best practices.You support clients on a wide range of business processes, from finance to inventory, including human resources, sales, and manufacturing.Profile- Experience in consulting or Odoo project management is essential.- Strong understanding of business processes.- Experience in training and change management.- Ability to dialogue with general management, business managers, and technical teams.- Organized and autonomous.- Odoo certification or experience on the platform is a major asset.- Fluent French; English and/or German are a plus.We offer you- You actively participate in the development of the Odoo business unit.- Your ideas and experience contribute directly to our growth.- You evolve in an environment where artificial intelligence and continuous learning occupy a central place.- You join a team that prioritizes trust, autonomy, and team spirit.- Each project is an opportunity to create sustainable value for our clients.Benefits- 5 weeks of vacation.- Additional minutes allowing for the compensation of non-official public holidays in the canton of the workplace as well as bridge days.- Improved occupational pension plan (LPP), superior to legal standards. jid9f46b93aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
