Develop treatment goals; plan, execute, and evaluate therapies for the clinic. Ensure follow-ups in the clinic and/or at home. Monitor patient files and support institutional project development. Participate in the development of occupational therapy programs recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. Desired knowledge in orthopedics, specifically hand rehabilitation after surgery or a willingness to train in pain management. A highly motivated individual to work within a multidisciplinary team. Self-motivated, flexible, and rigorous, wishing to join a dynamic team. Demonstrate proactivity, have excellent stress management skills. Knowledge of English would be an additional asset.
