Are you an occupational therapist looking to progress within a recognised hospital establishment in the Geneva region?
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist (M/F) to work within a reference structure offering a stimulating and multidisciplinary working environment.
Occupational Therapist M/F – Hospital Sector
Your missions
- Carry out functional assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Support patients in maintaining, improving or recovering their autonomy.
- Ensure care in collaboration with medical and nursing teams.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination.
- Guarantee the quality, traceability and follow-up of occupational therapy interventions.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
- Swiss Red Cross recognition mandatory or in the process of being obtained.
- Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation or clinic setting is a real asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
