To join our team specializing in consulting, management, and development of occupational pension provision, we are looking for a:Occupational Pension Fund Administrator (LPP)Your missions- Process mutations (entries, exits, salary changes, etc.) and prepare/transmit contribution files to internal or external payroll departments within deadlines.- Manage, verify, and transmit all documents emanating from pension institutions and clients.- Ensure the monitoring of premium payments and support our clients with pension institutions.- Inform clients and insured persons about elements related to their pension plan or their pension situation.- Prepare tender files and establish comparisons in support of the consultants concerned.- Update client data in internal tools (Brokers, M-Files, etc.) according to established guidelines.- Assist consultants in the context of specific missions, particularly during the establishment of audits, the preparation of meetings for pension committees, and the organization of seminars intended for insured persons.Profile sought- Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in the field of occupational pension provision in Switzerland.- Knowledge of individual pension provision, personal insurance, and brokerage: an asset.- Sense of organization and priorities.- Ease and customer service orientation.- Ability to work autonomously while appreciating teamwork.- Excellent mastery of IT tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data management).
