Nursing Assistant - Variable RateThe Nant Foundation organizes all public care for the Eastern Vaud region. It assumes public health mandates at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant Foundation is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, the Nant Foundation currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its services and its openness to others. To strengthen its team of nursing assistant pool staff, the Nant Foundation is looking for:Nursing Assistants - Variable RateTHE MISSIONThe mission of the nursing assistants is to ensure, on call, the care required for each patient, working within an interdisciplinary team. Called upon to intervene in adult hospital units, they are characterized by being particularly adaptable.WE OFFERThe Nant Foundation is a private institution recognized as being of public interest, tasked by the state with organizing and providing care in the Eastern Vaud region, from psychiatry to geriatrics. Working within the foundation means evolving in a dynamic work environment at the heart of a challenging institutional project.WE ARE LOOKING FORA nursing student who wishes to gain experience in a hospital setting or a person holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a healthcare assistant (or a title deemed equivalent). We are looking for a person who is particularly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution. We are also looking for a person who is available on weekdays and weekends.
