The Fondation de Nant organises all public psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. It fulfils a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organisation of recognised regional hospitals of public interest in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected through its practices, training and openness to other approaches.

Community Care Assistant or Nursing Assistant with Variable Hours

 

THE MISSION

The Community Care Assistants (CCA) and Nursing Assistants of the child and adolescent psychiatry hospital unit have the mission to ensure the required care services for each patient in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

 

WE OFFER

The child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy service is one of the three services of the Fondation de Nant. Its mission is to provide care for children and adolescents in the eastern Vaud sector. The hospital unit of this service, Mistral, is dedicated to providing urgent hospitalisations for children and young adolescents in crisis situations. Being a CCA or nursing assistant in this service means serving children and adolescents within an interdisciplinary team.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A person ideally holding a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in community care (or an equivalent qualification), preferably with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry. Additionally, the ability to serve the patient, their colleagues and the institution is important to work as a CCA or Nursing Assistant within the Mistral team. We are also looking for someone available during weekdays and weekends. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of this unit and who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team.
