Your duties will include:- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed.- Ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of residents by providing emotional support and promoting their autonomy.- Assisting nursing staff in the delivery of technical care, such as taking vital signs, changing dressings, and repositioning.- Collaborating with members of the medical team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents.Profile and Skills- Nursing assistant diploma or equivalent.- 2 years of experience in a Swiss hospital environment.- Ability to work with and show respect towards residents and their families.- Sense of organization and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.- Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigor, and autonomy.- Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in resident care.- Flexibility and adaptability to variable work schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Experience2 years minimum in a Swiss hospital environment.Education LevelNursing assistant diploma or equivalent.We look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, work certificates). jideb268e6aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
