Care Assistant (ASA) at 60%The Hospice Le Pré-aux-Boeufs is defined as a social institution and a place for 117 people suffering from socio-psychological problems and addiction. The hospice welcomes German-speaking and French-speaking clients who can move about freely. The offer provided is low-threshold and non-therapeutic. The institution follows the following principles: minimal regulated daily structure, abstinence is not required; controlled distribution of alcohol; offer of activities and diversified workplaces; no pressure to work. Follow-up objectives: risk reduction (keeping alcohol consumption at a low level) and a decent life despite addiction. The residents are often affected by multiple diagnoses. To complete our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement:Care Assistant (ASA) at 60%Your profile- Completed training as a Care Assistant (ASA) or Red Cross nursing assistant- Ideally, experience in accompanying people with psychological disorders, addiction diseases, or in an environment with a social vocation- Sense of responsibility and flexibility- Team spirit, reliability, and structured work method- Good command of French and German- Willingness to work on weekendsYour tasks- Assist with care and support activities within the scope of competencies and work in close collaboration with the team- Perform simple health checks according to prescriptions- Accompany residents to their appointments and assist with daily tasks- Support residents in their personal goals, aiming for their future perspective- Strengthen the responsibility and independence of residents within the framework of individual support workWe offer- Varied, demanding, and meaningful tasks- Training and continuous educationWe look forward to meeting you! jid2aaadeaaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
