Your duties will include:- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed.- Ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of residents by providing emotional support and promoting their autonomy.- Assisting nursing staff with technical care, such as taking vital signs, changing dressings, and repositioning.- Collaborating with members of the medical team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents.Profile and Skills- Ability to work with empathy and respect towards residents and their families.- Sense of organization and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.- Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigor, and autonomy.- Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in resident care.- Flexibility and adaptability to variable work schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Experience- 2 years minimumEducation Level- Nursing assistant diploma or equivalentWe look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, work certificates). jidd072d07aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
