Your tasks:

- Participation in the assessment, supervision and coordination of interventions according to the needs of the beneficiaries
- Contribution to the organisation and supervision of a team of nurses and nursing assistants
- Ensuring, in collaboration with the nursing management, a quality service in care and home support
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisation
- Participation in project development and representation of the company
- Special contacts and relationships with network partners

Your profile:

- Tertiary level nursing qualification (HES/ES) or equivalent recognised title
- Competence in team management and interaction with various stakeholders
- Professional experience in home care
- Autonomy, creativity and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the medical-social network of the canton of Fribourg
- Comfortable with IT tools and electronic care records
- Proficiency in French and German
