For our client, located in the heart of Geneva, we are looking for a passionate nursing assistant to complete their team.

Job Description

As a Nursing Assistant, you will directly contribute to the well-being and daily care of patients. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed

• Ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of patients by providing emotional support and promoting their autonomy

• Assisting nursing staff with technical care tasks such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and repositioning patients

• Collaborating with medical team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

Your Profile and Skills

• Ability to work with empathy and respect towards patients and their families

• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

• Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigour, and autonomy

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in patient care

• Flexibility and adaptability to variable working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience Level

• Minimum 2 years

Education Level

• Nursing assistant diploma or equivalent
