In order to strengthen our teams within the field of caregiver for people with disabilities (M/F), we are looking for caregivers in the field of disabilities (M/F) to strengthen our teams in various Geneva establishments. JOB DESCRIPTIONYou will integrate our specialized team in the field of disabilities for occasional and/or scheduled missions. The proposed assignments may be split shifts, continuous, or 4-hour shifts. You will provide nursing care and support to adults with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral injuries, and/or disorders). The activity rate varies between 50% and you must have a minimum of one year of successful experience as a caregiver in the field of multiple disabilities. The care and well-being of the patients are at the heart of your priorities. You are calm and have the ability to face difficult situations and/or crises. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will work during the day and/or at night, in split shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
