The Foyer Handicap offers individuals living with a physical disability adapted living places in its two homes, one in Neuchâtel and the other in La Chaux-de-Fonds. It plays an important role in the Neuchâtel system in favor of people living with disabilities and is currently recruiting for the position of: Nurse (M/F) Rate: 80% at our sites in Neuchâtel or La Chaux-de-Fonds Your Missions Collaborate with the entire multidisciplinary team in the resident's life project; Be a reference for the residents, liaise with the family and partners and participate in their annual assessment; Analyze and identify resources and set care objectives for residents in an interdisciplinary manner; Ensure the quality of care and participate in the continuous training of teams, interns, and students; Participate in the guidance and monitoring of the goals of students and learners received as interns; Be an active participant in the evolution and updating of the theoretical and technical knowledge of the care team with the head nurse; Participate in care processes and contribute to the development of the PLAISIR tool; Ensure a professional relationship with all stakeholders; Contribute to quality initiatives through processes engaged in a personalized care approach that fulfills the resident's life project. Profile Nursing diploma, Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross; Experience in a similar position; You are motivated to work in the field of physical, mental disabilities, and others, with a strong interest in maintaining and developing autonomy and solutions-oriented, you are looking for an environment where teamwork is essential.
