We need you and your skills to complete our dynamic team. We are looking for a HES nurse at 80% at EMS X de l'Orme, Chemin des Bossons 40, Lausanne, as a permanent position. Immediate start or to be agreed upon. Our new medical-social establishment at X de l'Orme, located in the eco-district of Plaines-du-Loup in Lausanne on the Bossons site, accommodates 60 elderly residents (PAA). Access to Swibeco, allowing for significant discounts for one year.Required qualifications:- X nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. - Ability to integrate your actions into interdisciplinary support work. - Autonomy and a sense of responsibility. - Ability to manage priorities, stress, and time management. - Strong interest in elderly care, team management, and work. - Varied technical care, basic care, and multidisciplinary care in collaboration with Unisanté and specialized nurses, and the development of support projects for residents and supervision and control of the care team’s work (ASSC and health auxiliaries). - Substituting for the responsible nurse or their assistant. - Assistance in daily living activities and support for residents' needs.
