Medicine Department D5, located at our site in Delémont, welcomes hospitalized patients requiring acute medical care and rigorous clinical monitoring. Our multidisciplinary team works in a stimulating environment, with a particular focus on the quality of care and support throughout their stay. To lead the team of the Medicine D5 unit, we are looking for, for a start date on September 1st or by agreement, a:Nurse Unit Manager (ICUS) - Medicine D5Responsibilities- Ensure the benevolent management of a team composed of nurses, nursing assistants, and care aides, guaranteeing the quality and safety of care, while demonstrating leadership.- Guarantee the quality and safety of the care provided by supervising and supporting the nursing team in its daily missions.- Participate in and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and working conditions within the unit or the Medicine division.- Ensure effective communication and collaboration in the department with other health professionals and families.- Delegate certain tasks or responsibilities, if necessary.Profile- Bachelor of Science HES in nursing or title deemed equivalent.- Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas (or to be requested).- Experience in frontline management, or willingness to acquire this training.- Experience of at least 5 years in hospital care, including ideally at least one year in a management position.- Mastery of management tools and ability to work autonomously and in a team.- Strong team management skills, with a great capacity for decision-making and a keen sense of responsibility.- Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented competencies.- Flexibility, responsiveness, and ability to cope with the demands and unforeseen events of the service.Benefits- Fast decision-making paths with a positive work culture favoring open and respectful communication.- Stimulating work environment within a dynamic and committed team.CONTACT AND ADDRESSING OF APPLICATIONSMedicine Division Nurse ManagerHR ManagerApplication deadline: May 10 jid2117a92aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
