Available sectors (your choice):

1. Hospitals and private clinics: intensive care, outpatient, rehabilitation and many other services

2. EMS / Retirement homes: focus on geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, long-term care

3. Home care: total autonomy, case management and local care.

Your duties:

• Personalised support: Supporting the patient or resident in daily life activities, while promoting their autonomy and fulfilment through adapted social and therapeutic activities.
• Clinical expertise: Actively participating in the development, monitoring and adjustment of the care/therapeutic plan to ensure effective and safe care.
• Continuous improvement: Being proactive in optimising care organisation, practice efficiency and service quality within your structure.
• Communication & Interpersonal skills: Ensuring smooth information transfer within the multidisciplinary team and guaranteeing a welcoming approach as well as quality support to families and relatives.
• Care coordination: Ensuring continuity of care and coherence of interventions, whether in hospital, institution or at home.

Required skills:

• Bachelor in Nursing or equivalent qualification or CFC ASSC

• Red Cross recognition: Recognition obtained or procedure underway

• Able to collaborate in networks and interdisciplinary teams

• Proficient in spoken and written French

• Comfortable using common computer tools
