The Position:

  • Management and assessment of beneficiaries' health issues.
  • Support for educational teams in assisting beneficiaries.
  • Provision of care on medical prescription.
  • Monitoring of treatments.
  • Pharmacy management.
  • Maintenance and updating of beneficiaries' medical records.
  • Training of educational teams in delegated medical-technical care.
  • Responding to various health-related questions.
  • Health promotion and preventive measures.
  • Participation in multidisciplinary networks.
  • Collaboration with families and legal representatives.
  • Coordination between educational teams, families, and doctors.
  • Weekends and evenings on a rota basis.

 

The Profile:

  • ES or HES nursing diploma or a qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
  • Driving licence essential.
  • Interest in multiple disabilities.
  • Reliability, organisation, dynamism, autonomy, and adaptability.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Good stress and unexpected event management.
  • Ease in communication.
  • Interest in integrating and engaging in a socio-educational context.
  • Interventions at several sites (Mont-sur-Lausanne, Cugy, and Yverdon-les-Bains).
  • Good IT skills and sound administrative management.
