Nurse at 60% EMPA La de Nant organizes all public care of East Vaud. It assumes public health X at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and the Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and other mental health professionals. The de Nant is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization of regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from Valais and Vaud Chablais. Rooted in its history of psychoanalysis, the de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision unfolds through its services and its openness to others to support its Mobile Team for Gerontopsychiatry (EMPA), the de Nant is putting out a call for a Nurse at 60%THE MISSION EMPA addresses persons aged 65 and over suffering from psychiatric and/or cognitive disorders, who do not find their place in traditional care pathways and require sustained follow-up. EMPA interventions can take place at home or in the person's living environment, such as X. The goal is to facilitate access to care. Its mission is to ensure the care of people over 65 in the eastern Vaud sector. The mobile team for the elderly intervenes throughout the East sector on treating physicians' requests, from health care teams, or relatives for seniors over 65 who are experiencing psychiatric distress. Being a nurse within this unit means working in a dynamic work environment at the heart of a multidisciplinary team and in connection with external partners of the SEARCHING A nurse with experience in elderly care, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Swiss Red Cross recognition (or an equivalent title).
