Introduction
Notary office in Nyon is looking for a Notary Secretary.
Responsibilities
As a Notary Secretary, your main duties will include:
- Managing telephone calls and welcoming clients.
- Preparing legalisations and certified copies.
- Preparing, drafting and formatting certain notarial deeds and other legal documents.
- Preparing fee notes.
- Organising and following up on files.
- Coordinating appointments and managing the notary's diary.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a notary office in Switzerland.
- Training in secretarial work, administration or an equivalent field.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, file management software).
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality.
