Night NurseLes Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de prévoyance professionnelle de Genève (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and real estate owner. Through a private law entity and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for the elderly and offer them accommodations adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs.To complete our team, we are recruiting a:Night NursePermanent contract - 70% - Class 15Mission descriptionUnder the supervision of the Nursing Managers and in service of the Institutional Life Project, the person will have the mission, in particular:- Guarantee, offer, and evaluate adapted and individualized care, autonomously and medically, taking into account the physical, psychic, spiritual, social, and cultural needs of each resident, including in emergency situations;- Organize and apply the resulting nursing care and evaluate the results;- Accompany the resident and their loved ones during end-of-life care and support within the framework of the palliative care approach;- Help, support, and accompany the elderly to live through and overcome crisis situations;- Establish the resident's care plans;- Ensure the administration of treatments as well as the execution of delegated medical orders, providing care corresponding to the fundamental needs of each resident and guaranteeing its quality and continuity;- Manage and guarantee a rigorous transmission of information necessary for the continuity of care, by transmitting observations orally and in writing in the resident's file;- Participate in medical visits;- Delegate, guide, and supervise the care and activities of nursing assistants and caregivers;- Participate in resident support projects as closely as possible to their needs and expectations;- Be a point of contact for the resident's families and loved ones;- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, coordinate the services provided with other stakeholders;- Participate in service reports and meetings as well as various institutional meetings.Profile- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross;- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of geriatrics or long-term care, end-of-life support;- CAS in dementia and psychic disorders of the elderly and/or in palliative care and the elderly would be an asset;- Assertive nursing leadership;- Basic knowledge in mastering the RAI system desired;- French language spoken and written;- Interpersonal skills, respect, and availability;- Ability to work in a team and in an interdisciplinary manner;- Flexibility and ability to intervene upon request at various establishments;- The position holder must benefit from a valid work permit in Geneva.We offer a pleasant working environment, in a dynamic atmosphere and within a human-sized team.
