The cardio-pulmonary care unit and intermediate care are tasked with managing patients presenting medical or surgical conditions requiring close and specific monitoring.

Night Nurse at the Cardio-Pulmonary Unit - Fixed-Term Contract 6 months 80%



In a cutting-edge establishment, you will hold a varied position within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors.

You will be responsible for welcoming patients with complex pathologies, within the framework of comprehensive care during the acute phase.

In this role you will be responsible for;

  • Settling the patient and presenting them with administrative and care organisation information
  • Collecting and transmitting medical and administrative data and completing the electronic care record
  • Ensuring and organising the planning of care according to priorities and urgency level
  • Performing care on medical prescription and in accordance with unit and institutional procedures
  • Maintaining the Electronic Patient Record
  • Continuously assessing the patient’s clinical condition and its evolution in acute situations
  • Ensuring inter-service coordination for patient movement management
  • Coordinating admissions and discharges: internal transfers, external patient transfers in collaboration with the health manager
  • Attending necessary training to maintain and develop the skills expected for the role
  • Welcoming and supporting students and new colleagues
  • Being able to adapt to emergency situations.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

  • Nursing diploma
  • Possession of Red Cross recognition (foreign diplomas)
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Experience in cardiology, pulmonology and/or critical care essential
  • Good interpersonal and service skills within a private establishment
  • Autonomy, kindness, versatility, adaptability, organisational skills and sense of priorities are essential qualities
  • Positive attitude within a team and able to foster a climate of trust

Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract of 6 months
Percentage: 80%
Type of hours: Irregular night shifts
