Night Nurse at 95% The Nant organization oversees all public health care in East Vaud. It fulfills public health duties at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. These services are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant is a member of the Vaud Hospital Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as serving the public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut along with those from Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis through its history, the Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its openness to others. To complement its night team in the Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA), the Nant is announcing a position for a Night Nurse at 95%. THE MISSION Night nurses are tasked with providing the required care for each patient in significant autonomy and in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Called to intervene in different locations, they are characterized by being particularly adaptable. WE OFFER The Nant is a recognized private institution serving the public interest, tasked with organizing and delivering care in the East Vaud region. Working at the Nant means being part of an interdisciplinary team that offers short to medium-term stays to support and enhance the recovery process of individuals with severe mental disorders leading to social difficulties. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in Nursing Science HES-SO with recognition from the Red Cross (or an equivalent qualification). We seek someone particularly adaptable and flexible, capable of serving the needs of their colleagues and the institution.
