Your tasks: - Responsible for the operation of cleaning teams - Responsible for the execution of work in collaboration with the client - Supervision of a team of 20 to 30 people - Implementation of cleaning maintenance activities for sites, according to the defined specifications - Management of cleaning teams regarding work planning, hour management, quality control, and/or specific tasks at our clients' locations - Replacement during absences - Reception and execution of cleaning requests in accordance with the established protocols - Occasional replacements in case of various absences - Quality checks related to cleaning Your profile: - Professional cleaning agent diploma or AFP with ongoing professional training - Several years of confirmed experience in the field of professional cleaning - Proven experience in team management - Excellent command of the French language - Good knowledge of tools and a well-groomed appearance with a sense of responsibility - Stress resistance - Good interpersonal skills, team spirit Night work schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Salary according to collective agreement CCT-Cleaning Ready for us?
