To complete our team, we are looking for a:Night AuditWorkplace: Beau-Rivage Palace / Château d'Ouchy / Hotel d'AngleterreStart date: As soon as possibleType of contract: PermanentResponsibilitiesYou are versatile, autonomous, and you intervene according to the needs of the different hotels in order to contribute to the safety and comfort of the guests as well as the smooth operation of the establishments.- You ensure the reception, late arrivals, and departures of guests.- You guarantee personalized service in accordance with the standards of a luxury establishment and the Leading Hotels of the World (LQA) program.- You carry out Night Audit tasks and daily closings in compliance with procedures.- You control receipts, invoices, and the consistency of financial data.- You ensure the follow-up of guest requests during the night and provide support to the various hotel departments when activity requires it.- You ensure the safety of guests, staff, and the building during your shift, and you take charge of complaints and sensitive situations during the night, by seeking adapted solutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.- You perform daily closings according to current standards and accounting instructions, as well as daily closings of our systems.Profile sought- You master office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).- You have a good command of a hotel PMS (Opera Cloud ideally) and you know the MICROS system, an asset.- You have good knowledge of closing procedures.- You have a sense of organization and the ability to manage several priorities.- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service.- You are able to manage your stress and are proactive in finding solutions.- You demonstrate autonomy, good physical condition, and a sense of responsibility.- You have a successful first experience in reception or Night-Audit, ideally in high-end hospitality, and you master French and English, any other language being an advantage.Benefits- Internal accommodation.- Access to quality infrastructure at preferential rates.- Additional benefits.Requirements: In order to be able to work in Switzerland, the candidate is in possession of a work permit or must meet the legal requirements for obtaining a permit.Why join Sandoz HotelsJoining Sandoz Hotels means joining a group where excellence, the development of talent, and sustainable development are at the heart of our values.
