Proven experience in hotel reception, ideally as a Night Auditor.
Excellent presentation and sense of service.
Comfortable with IT tools and hotel software (knowledge of Protel is an asset).
Good prioritisation skills and autonomy.
Fluency in French is essential; English is required. Any other language is an asset.
Available to work night shifts. For one of our clients, a hotel located in Lausanne, we are looking for a Night Auditor available 2 nights per week.
Your duties:
Ensure guest check-in and check-out during the night.
Carry out check-in and check-out procedures.
Respond to guest requests and guarantee quality service.
Perform daily closing operations (night audit).
Manage administrative follow-up and invoicing.
Ensure the security of the establishment during the night shift.
Collaborate with reception teams and pass on useful information.
