We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Networks & TelecomsOn behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Networks & Telecoms specialist responsible for ensuring the entry point for incidents and requests transmitted by the helpdesk, serving the network team. Start quickly for a duration of 2 months.Mission- Ensure the handling of network incidents and requests transmitted by the helpdesk or entered by customers.- Analyze, qualify, and prioritize the backlog of unassigned tickets, verify the completeness of information, and process requests when possible.- Solicit specialists from the Network team in case of need for specific expertise and coordinate the resolution.- Assign tickets to the competent resource as a last resort, ensuring rigorous follow-up and clear communication with stakeholders.- Document the actions taken and contribute to the enrichment of the knowledge base as well as to the continuous improvement of processes.Profile- Confirmed experience in networks/telecoms (versatile profile, ability to manage multi-domain tickets).- Very good network knowledge, particularly on Fortinet and Cisco environments, and mastery of Windows Server, Linux, and VMware/vSphere environments.- Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools (ideally Jira), with the ability to manage a backlog and prioritize effectively.- Excellent service-oriented skills, rigor, and cross-functional communication; IAM knowledge appreciated.Proposal- Advantageous working conditions: a pension plan.- Workplace: latest technologies and modern working environment.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Switzerland SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
