It works on the development of cutting-edge care and specialized centers of competence.The Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Service takes care of any newborn, infant, or child whose vital functions are threatened and who requires monitoring or therapeutic action related to intensive medicine. The teams support the children and their loved ones in these moments of crisis, in order to undertake everything necessary and possible to improve the quality of life and survival of children whose condition requires specialized monitoring or treatment.Intensive Care Nurse - 100%As a nurse specialized in pediatric and neonatal intensive care, you provide, autonomously and/or upon medical prescription, specialized and comprehensive nursing care to any newborn, child, or adolescent in situations presenting different levels of complexity.You integrate parents into the care of their child and consider them as partners with adapted support.Working with children while supporting parents in this particular moment of life will be your daily mission. You will work in the pediatric and neonatal intensive care units and actively collaborate in the supervision and teaching of new nursing staff, students, and other health professionals.Thanks to your professionalism, you contribute to the development of the quality of care and research in the field of pediatrics.You are in possession of a Bachelor HES in nursing, or a nursing diploma recognized by the Red Cross.You hold the diploma of expert in intensive care EPD-ES, or are ready to undertake this training at the HUG (see below).The assets will be: experience in a level 2/3 service; a certifying training in pediatrics (DAS SEAF or equivalent), experience in acute care.You have excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork, and you integrate easily into new environments. Your autonomy, your rigor, and your ability to prioritize make you a precise professional in the execution of the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to you.You have excellent abilities to manage stressful environments while demonstrating responsiveness.
