Indeed, the natural hazard prevention department is looking for, as soon as possible, a:Expert in Natural Hazard Prevention (EN) 80%-100%What awaits you if you join usIn compliance with cantonal legislation, you will process building permit applications and issue special authorizations based on hazard maps. In addition, you will analyze the relevance of financial aid requests for protective measures in existing buildings and establish proposals based on the cost/benefit ratio. Thus, you will contribute to the protection of buildings globally, throughout their entire life cycle, from the project stage to completion.Within the framework of your mission, you will collaborate in particular with municipalities, state services, specialized offices, project managers, and building owners, whom you will support in the research and implementation of prevention solutions against damage related to natural hazards.As part of the company's risk reduction strategy, you will actively participate in the development of projects and prevention actions (promotion or development of knowledge) in coordination with the other pillars of the ECA, which are intervention, rescue, and insurance.Your profileYou have at least 5 years of experience within an authority or a specialized office in natural hazard management. You are very familiar with natural phenomena, particularly flooding and runoff, and their consequences on the built environment.
