Music Assistant (M/F) Job Description Would you like to participate in our mission of reintegrating incarcerated individuals? Are you passionate about teaching and educational support? As part of musical activities within the Prison de la Croisée, you will design and lead music lessons for incarcerated individuals. Through personalized support, you will promote self-expression and artistic skills while valuing their progress and acting at all times in respect of our values: Loyalty, Solidarity, Credibility. Responsibilities Lead activities with incarcerated individuals that facilitate music-related projects to develop their artistic potential. Organize your teaching while ensuring pedagogical approaches to make it accessible to all participating incarcerated individuals (often heterogeneous groups). Participate in creating learning conditions that enhance the progress of incarcerated individuals by valuing attendance and the development of musical skills. Inform relevant stakeholders of difficulties encountered with incarcerated individuals in the context of the activity provided. Auxiliary hourly rate (approximately 16 hours/week), for one year, potentially according to hourly scale, quarterly reimbursements for expenses related to music activities aimed at providing musical materials that allow individuals to develop in new constructive projects. Ability to manage, in a closed environment, individuals in difficulties on an individual basis and within an open-minded framework; your good interpersonal skills and strong emotional control enable you to handle tense situations, be attentive, while maintaining the necessary distance for your professionalism. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages is required. Employment conditions state that you must be Swiss or holder of a C permit, exempt from property default (an extract from the Office of Debt Collection must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be clean.
