Multitech Technician (M/F) As part of strengthening its technical team, our client is looking for a Multitech Technician (M/F) responsible for ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of its buildings. The position involves broad versatility and strong autonomy in managing daily interventions. Missions Maintenance and technical interventions Carry out routine maintenance on electrical, sanitary, HVAC, and other equipment. Perform first-level troubleshooting (minor plumbing, carpentry, hardware, paint touch-ups, various adjustments). Participate in wiring workstations and basic technical interventions on internal networks. Ensure the proper functioning of security systems and perform periodic tests of buildings and equipment. Regularly control premises and equipment. Identify potential anomalies and propose corrective actions. Contribute to the implementation of preventive maintenance actions to extend the lifespan of equipment. Support and follow up on intervention requests issued by the occupants, prioritize tasks based on urgency and constraints, and communicate clearly and courteously with occupants during interventions and with external companies during work requiring specific expertise. Ensure compliance with completed work and respect deadlines.Manage stock (spare parts, consumables, minor tools), assess restocking needs, and contribute to optimizing the management of technical resources in one of the following areas: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or building maintenance. Profile Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in multitech maintenance in buildings, industry, offices, or hotel environments; experience in a demanding environment is a plus; general maintenance knowledge. Ability to quickly diagnose a malfunction and intervene effectively. Proficiency in common maintenance and control tools. Knowledge of safety standards related to buildings.
