Your role is central to the daily operation of the school: you ensure the maintenance of the facilities, participate in ongoing improvements, and support teams during events and specific projects. We are looking for a committed, proactive, and solution-oriented individual, with experience in technical maintenance or infrastructure management, ideally in a demanding environment (school, hospitality, multisite structures, or growth settings). Your approach, autonomy, and willingness to learn will be key to evolving within a rapidly developing institution.Main Responsibilities:Technical Maintenance of Buildings- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.- Ensure preventive maintenance to anticipate malfunctions.- Perform basic tasks (basic electricity, simple plumbing, locksmithing, painting, minor works).- Diagnose technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.- Repair or replace equipment, machines, or structural elements whenever possible.- Ensure that machines and tools are secured and properly stored.Maintenance of Outdoor Spaces- Ensure the good condition and aesthetics of grounds and gardens according to the seasons: - Mowing lawns - Trimming leaves - Snow removal and salting- Participate in ongoing improvements to outdoor areas.Safety and Compliance- Apply and enforce health and safety regulations in the workplace.- Contribute to the implementation of the institution's safety policy.- Ensure compliance with safety standards.Support for School Activities- Participate in the logistics of school events (furniture, technical, safety).- Collaborate with academic teams and housekeeping when events require collective effort.- Ensure some shifts or site closures during school holidays, as per schedule.- Occasionally participate in evening activities or special events.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in maintenance or technical fields with knowledge of building upkeep and outdoor maintenance.- Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team-oriented service.- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.- A willingness to learn and develop skills in priority management.This position is part of a growth and continuous development dynamic.
